Shipping Policy

We will ship your product anywhere in the world. We ship to the Continental USA. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico and even to Canada. We ship internationally every week, so we know exactly what to do with customs and freight forwarders. We even ship to APO's and FPO's.


We are not responsible for delayed shipments by the shipping carrier. If you would like to get expedited shipping, please call an associate at 888.378.1216. No Returns on electronics or parts. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Any returned products that receive a free shipping offer, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to the customer and shipping back to DF Supply, Inc. There is a minimum 25% restocking fee on any and all returned products. See below for more specific product return policy. If a product is damaged, then this fee will also apply.

Do not return goods to DF Supply, Inc. without first securing an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code. Any returns without an RMA will not receive a refund. Please email sales@turnstilesnow.com or call 888.378.1216 to talk to a representative about returning merchandise.


Note: Product must be unopened and in original packaging. All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected, and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange, or repair.
