RD70 Series Single Full Height Turnstiles
To meet all of your security and control requirements, we feature the RD70 Portal Series which is a stylish 3-vane high security portal. It is designed for locations requiring improved visitor security or as the barrier between production and office areas. Instead of a traditional physical barrier to prevent passage in the wrong direction, the RD70 comes equipped with a high tech ultrasonic sensor. This sensor allows for a full door panel appearance while still enforcing standard turnstile passage flow.

- Ideal for separating offices from production areas, lunchroom entrances, call centers and is used to enhance lobby vestibule entrances
- Three-vane, tamper resistant with the aesthetic appearance of a revolving door
- These units offer a modern, open feel while providing a secure full height portal
- Designed so that inbound and outbound traffic flows through in the same area of the portal
- An ultrasonic sensor is installed into the canopy to act as a barrier preventing wrong-way passage
- Can be interfaced optional LCD counters, computer attendance systems, card readers, push button and wireless remote controls
- Nearly universal integration to any number of access control systems

Assembly & Hardware:
- Major lower components pre-assembled with concealed spring pins and solid rods
- All exposed fasteners are stainless steel
- Door panels and cosmetic covers secured with flat head screws
- Canopy & outer cage panels secured to concrete with 3/4" thread rods, epoxied into concrete
- Minimum of 6" needed above canopy in order for canopy to be removed
- Rotor pivots on a sealed load runner bearing, secured with high strength plastic coupling anchored into concrete

- Home Position Switch: Additional limit switch provides a SPDT output while at home for security integration
- Proximity Sensor Upgrade: Replaces limit switches with proximity sensors for part longevity
- Bidirectional Key Override Set for Manual or Electric 2-Way Units: Allows the turnstile to be locked independently in each direction with a turn of a key
